Happiness … don’t we all want a little more happiness? Well the key to happiness could be the simple combination of two things: workout and send romantic SMS. Can that simple mixture really be the key to happiness? Yes!
Ingredients for Modern Happiness
Times are changing. Time is always short with the calendar crammed full with activies from dawn to dusk. Between work, chasing the kids around, and being social where is their time for staying in shape and cultivating a little romance?
But in our busy work there are two ingredients for modern happiness:
Ingredient #1 – Physical Fitness
This site is created for busy people like yourself that want to live better, more active lives, while battling an already over full schedule. The workouts are aimed at helping you burn more fat and build more muscle as efficiently and effectively as possible. All to give you some time to pour back into your life.
Those workouts have benefits. Health and quality of life, for sure. But as you’ve made progress your spouse, or significant other, has most likely noticed. That attraction is only improved as you continue to get in shape. That underlying truth is what makes working out increases physical attraction.
Two studies stuck out when digging through the research. One studied factors of attraction [1]. While this isn’t really news, it is always nice to see research that confirms what is often assumed. Muscular people were found more attractive than overweight or underweight. So as you find ways to improve your fitness remember the combination of burning fat and building muscle. Either one by itself isn’t enough.
The second study was focused on facial shape in relation to attractiveness. Again their conclusion should be shocking to anyone, but male physical strength increased attractiveness.[2]
So to help keep you motivated in your workouts remember it is improving your attractiveness. That’s a great thing if you are already married, or still searching for your soul mate.
Ingredient #2 – SMS, aka Text Messages
You have one, right? A cell phone. A cell phone that is constantly with you. In the midst of your busy day it links you to everything: work calendar, work email, personal calendar, friends, family, twitter, facebook, etc.
Our phones rarely leave our sides. What if we could send strategic text messages to build romance even when we are hard-pressed for time? What if we actually use our cell phones to improve our relationships instead of causing more isolation?
Keep reading to see how these two ingredients mix can help transform your life and deliver more happiness.
Key to Happiness
So how do these two ingredients mix to make the key to happiness? Workout to get in shape and send text messages that can bring back the romance.
Enter Michael Fiore. Michael is a relationship expert who claims you can really save your relationship with text messages.
Do you think you “don’t have time for romance?” Relationship expert Michael Fiore thinks you’re wrong… in fact, he says he can show you how to bring all the romance, love and even passion you’re missing back into your relationship, simply by pushing a few buttons on the cell phone you have in your pocket or purse right now.
“Digital Telepathy”
“Text messages are the closest thing to telepathy we have” says Fiore. “Simply by pushing a few buttons on your cell phone you can create a private little fantasy world between you and your boyfriend or girlfriend, husband or wife … where you can say or do anything without anyone else having a clue.”
He Made Rachael Tingle
Michael Fiore and his “Text The Romance Back” method have been featured on national television and radio including appearing on “The Rachael Ray Show” on Valentine’s Day, where just one of Michael’s “Magic” texts gave Rachael “tingles” and had the whole audience oohing and ahhing.
Go watch this short video to learn how to use tiny little text messages to bring the spark and electricity back into your relationship (even if your man is a “Romantic Numbskull” or if your woman is an “ice queen.”) It’s worked for thousands of couples around the world, and Michael Fiore guarantees it will work for you.
Real Life Math
On a related note here is a great post originally from Kooi Hwei Lee and shared by Jesse Ceballos on Google Plus.
What a great way to think about life. There is happiness and sadness.
But if you’re like me and constantly looking for ways to improve; this equation can be optimized. What if you can increase the amount of love in your life?
When love increases, the ratio of happiness to sadness changes. That reaffirm that we are on the right track with the key to happiness. Workout to improve your attractiveness then start sending some romantic sms. Simple.
Works for Me
I know that staying in shape helps keep my wife attracted to me; I hear it. That’s a good thing. Too often life can get busy and somehow we wake up years, or decades, later with a seriously different shape. No problem – start making changes to get in shape. You can do it. I know it makes a difference for me.
SMS, really? Actually yes. I can tell you first hand how little text messages can change the course of a day. It has worked either way. When I’m down or crazy busy and get a romantic SMS from my wife; the load gets lighter and the day seems brighter. She’s told me my little messages to her do the same. Give it a shot. Try mixing workout and sending romantic sms to see if it is the key to happiness.
Do you agree? Let’s hear your thoughts.
