June is upon us and so is the Burpee Bash the June Fitness Challenge.
I know it is June 2, but there’s still time. Time for four weeks of Burpees.

The challenge is simple in concept and will help you develop a solid love-hate relationship with the Burpee.

By the end of four weeks not only will you be able to perform more burpees, raising your burpee base baseline, but you will feel better. Burpees build a strong core (get those summer abs), strong legs, firm butt, and toned chest. All in one exercise to get you ready for summer.
