One more week, one more week of the burpee bash and it is time for the burpee mashup. Let’s finish the Burpee Bash June Fitness Challenge strong.
Burpee MashUp
On paper (or digital bits) this is simple, but in practice this combo is a brutal workout.
The Burpee Mashup is a combination of Plyometric Burpees and Burpee Ladders.
Simple, right? Try it.
Plyometric Burpees
Hit the plyometric burpees just like last week, only cut back to two sets.
Do two sets of plyometric burpees, as many repetitions as you can do with good form. Rest for 60-90 seconds between sets.
Burpee Ladder
Recover for 3-5 minutes then set your timer for 10 minutes and to a burpee ladder.
Enjoy your last week of the Burpee Bash.
