You’ve heard me say it, and I’ll most likely keep saying it – your chair is killing you.
After recognizing the my chair is my enemy at work, I’ve switched to a standing workstation. Even if you can’t convince your manager to pony-up for a standing workstation, remember to take breaks. Even just a few minutes away from the chair and the screen can help tremendously.
