So we are Cube Dwellers … most of us know that work is aptly named work. But there is growing evidence that we’ve got to do something different in our workdays to fight back. Here’s an infographic entitled “work is murder”.

- Stay Active After Work
- Sit Back – For Less strain on your back sit at a 135 degree angle while you work
- Sanitize – keep hand sanitizer at your desk and wash your hands regularly
