A little honesty here I’ve been struggling to get enough sleep lately. Partly due to having too many thoughts bouncing around in my head and partly due to some increased neck-pain lately. But regardless of the reason, losing sleep is not good.

I’ll be rereading these two posts. They are filled with gems from Dan John with astounding advice on training for health, performance, or just recreation. There is so much there it is split into two parts:
