Late night workout last night brings my count up to 6,000 kettlebell swings so far this month. I’m swinging away on my Got Milk and 10,000 Swings? challenge and I’m on my 6th gallon of milk.

You can see where I got interrupted in the middle and had to stop the clock. There’s a big jump in recovery.
Kettlebell Grip Intervals
Today I broke 1000 kettlebell swings into two blocks. I kept my interval timer on 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest.
- 25 sets of alternating one hand kettlebell swings. 5 each side.
- 15 sets alternating between three variations:
- 1 set of two hand kettlebell swings
- 2 sets of alternating one hand kettlebell swings. 5 each side.
Only 4,000 more kettlebell swings to reach 10,000+ kettlebell swings in April.
Now back to reality. Time to climb up on my Pergola and finish staining the deck.
