Squats|Swings|Burpees|Oh my!

Today I did a perfect Cube Dweller workout. It was straight and to the point, focused and efficient fitness. The workout is really pretty simple. Just do as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) of the exercises in 15 minutes.

The exercises are:

  • 15 Air Squats
  • 10 24kg Kettlebell two-hand swings
  • 5 Burpees

I managed to beat my last record and finished ten rounds. Great way to start the day.
