They call it a come-back and what I’m doing for spring training. Can you believe it? Nearly a full year has passed since the last article went out on Cube Dweller Fitness.
A lot has changed, but I’m staging a come back. I’m putting plans back in place to get back into the grove of regular posts. Most likely they’ll be video based to help make the most of my time and give you the most help.
