Fitness Poll|What kills your fitness?

Reasons, excuses, justification – whatever we call them there are things we blame when we don’t stay physically fit. What are they?

Working in a cube, or office job, means sitting all day. Cube Dwellers have unique health challenges. Employers offering free donuts for every occasion and unlimited coffee do not help. Now add in the time pressures of the job and life. It is no wonder that cube dwellers can easily have their fitness killed.

If it hasn’t been killed, comment on why you workout.

So what killed yours? Either now or in the past.

For me time was a big killer. Then I also had a time where we didn’t belong to a gym and I just couldn’t get motivated to workout at home. Some days I used to wake up, get changed to workout, then fall asleep on the floor instead of working out.
