Kettlebell Workout | Simple But Not Easy Circuit

Kettlebell workouts don’t need to be complicated. This example workout is a perfect example why kettlebell workouts are simple, but not easy.

To start with this workout choose a good starting weight. Men can typically use a 24 kg kettlebell and women can use a 12kg kettlebell for this simple kettlebell circuit workout.

The Kettlebell Circuit

Setup a timer for 20 minutes, then start hitting this kettlebell circuit. There are only four sets in the circuit so it might appear simple, but it is not easy. Work hard, take breaks only when you need it, then get back at it. Keep going for the entire 20 minutes.
