I had to pull out my Bulgarian Training Bag for this interval workout for the upper body. The work out routine is more of an extended super set of six exercises.
Upper Body Workout Routine
Equipment Needed
This workout routine requires three types of equipment: pullup bar, bulgarian training bag, and rings.
The Interval Workout for the Upper Body
The workout consists of three super sets of the following exercises. Rest only as needed between exercises.
- 15 – pullups
- Bulgarian Training Bag Superset
- 10 Power Swings each side
- 10 Power Clean
- 10 Hammer Curl
- Weighted Ring Pushups – with the Bulgarian Bag on your shoulders
- 400m Run (Around the block for me)
Go through the set of exercises three times.

Glad you liked it. I had to split my pullups into mini-sets. Even in the video you can see my form getting worse. They are still my weakest link in this workout. What was hardest for you?
